Video: Police Allowed to Track Cell Phones Without Warrants

The household video surveillance market is now expected to reach around 25 billions dollars by 2016. Those advocating the expenses say it helps the police and ensures personal security, but those on the opposite side of the spectrum argue that more and more of people are losing what was left of privacy. A US District Court ruled last week that police don’t need a warrant to obtain GPS data sent from a suspect’s cell phone. Is anyone safe from surveillance then?
